<br />Eleven Hundred (1100) feet westerly from the intersection of the East line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter with said right -of -way, running thence due north Nine Hundred Four (904) feet, running
<br />west at right angles Three Hundred Seventy -five (375) feet, running thence south at right angles
<br />to the northerly line of said right-of-way and thence northeasterly along the northerly line there=
<br />of Four Hundred Twenty -five (425) feet to the place of beginning.
<br />That no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator
<br />of the estate of said deceased; that his only heirs -at -law were: Ida G.Watts, his widow, and the
<br />following, being children of said deceased: Frances-J.Watts, Jennie P.Watts; James B.Watts, Olive
<br />B.Watts, Leona Watts and Ernest C.Watts, and that said real estate descended to said children,share
<br />and share alike, subject to a life estate in said Ida G.Watts, his widow; that more than two years
<br />have expired since the death of the said James H.Watts, to -wit: 35 years.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the real estate above described did pass
<br />and descend by operation of law on February 19, 19039 to Ida G.Watts for life, and Frances J.Watts,
<br />Jennie P.Watts, James B.Watts, Olive B.Watts, Leona Watts, and Ernest C.Watts, share and share
<br />alike.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that all claims and demands against the estate
<br />of said deceased, whether due or to become due, whether absolute or contingent, be and the same

<br />NOW on this 10�h day of February, 1937, this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of John
<br />Stoeger, praying for the settlement of said estate, for a determination of the heirship and right
<br />of descent of the real estate belonging to Elizabeth Stoeger, sometimes known as Elyzabeth Stoeger,
<br />and the degree of kinship of her heirs at law, and a decree settling her estate.
<br />AND IT APPEARING to the Court from the proofs on file herein that due and legal entice has been
<br />given by publication for three successive weeks, as by law and the order of this court provided,
<br />to all creditors, heirs at law and other persons interested in said estate, of the filing of said
<br />petition, and of the time and place fixed for the hearing of the same, and there being no objections
<br />thereto, this case was duly submitted to the court upon the petition and the evidence in support
<br />thereof.
<br />AND the Court being duly advised in the premises, finds that the allegations in said petition are
<br />true, and that said petitioner, John Stoeger, is the present owner of an undivided two- twenty- firsts
<br />(2/21) interest in the real estate hereinafter described, and is a competent and proper person to
