<br />The Court further finds that the said Minnie-Leschinsky has receipted to herself as executrix, for
<br />all personal property of the deceased and that all debts and claims against said estate, costs of
<br />administration, attorneys fees, inheritance taxes due the State of Nebraska and - estate taxes due the
<br />United States have been paid by the said Minnie Leschinsky and that there remains nothing in the
<br />hands of said executrix for further distribution, she having fully carried out all of the terms
<br />and conditions of said will,
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that any claims now outstanding against
<br />the deceased or said estate be and the same are hereby forever barred and all persons enjoined from
<br />presenting the same for payment against the assets of this estate or the devisees thereof.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of said Minnie Leschinsky, execu-
<br />trix of said estate, be and the same is hereby approved, and allowed as such and that all property
<br />In this estate descends according to the terms and provisions of said will and the finding of this
<br />Court in this "decree and -that said estate has been fully administered, the terms and provisions of
<br />said will having been fully carried out and said executrix is hereby discharged and her bond released.

<br />Now on this 24th day of January, 1939, this cause came on to be heard upon the pleadings and the
<br />evidence and was submitted to the Court, on consideration whereof the Court finds that due and legal
<br />notice of this proceeding has been given to all persons interested in said matter, both creditors
<br />and heirs, as required by law. That all of the statements and allegations set forth in said peti-
<br />tion are true; that the said James H.Watts died intestate in Hall County, Nebraska, on February 19,
<br />1903, seized and possessed at the time of his death, of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />A certain parcel of land in the Southwest quarter -(SWJ) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Ten (10), West 6th P.M. fronting upon the United States Highway No. 30 along the
<br />northerly side of the right -of -way of the Union Pacific Railroad Company, commencing at a point
