Island this first day -of June, A.D., 1935• <br />Julius P.F.Leschinsky <br />- Testator <br />The foregoingconsisting of three pages, was at the date thereof signed, sealed, published and <br />declared by said testator as and for his will in our presence and we in his presence and in the <br />presence of one another and at his special request, have signed our names as witnesses hereto. <br />Jessie Overdorff. <br />Susie Phifer <br />And thereto attached is the following certificate: <br />CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand <br />)ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) Island, in said County, on the 3rd day of November, A.D., 1937► <br />Present Paul N.Kirk, County Judge. <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />Julius P.F.Leschinsky, deceased. <br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the <br />6th day of October, 1937, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Julius P. <br />F.Leschinsky, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 3rd day of November, 1937, <br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the <br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Julius P.F.Leschinsky, deceased, <br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 3rd <br />day of November,-1937- <br />Paul N.Kirk, County Judge. <br />Fifth.. <br />That on the 4th day of November, 1937, an order of this Court was made allowing creditors three <br />months from the first day of December, 1937, in which to file their claims against said estate and <br />further ordering that a notice of the same be published in the Grand Island Independent, a legal <br />newspaper published and circulating in said County, three successive weeks and that a hearing be <br />had on any claims filed in said estate in the County Court Room of said County on the 1st day of <br />March, 1938, at 9 A.M. and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published <br />as ordered by this Court. <br />Sixth. <br />The Court further finds that on the 23rd day of November, 1937, said Minnie Leschinsky filed her <br />Inventory in this Court of the property of said estate and that according to the same, the deceased <br />died seized and possessed of the following described premises, to -wit: <br />Part of Lot Eight (8) of Roeser's Sub - division of the South Half of the Northwest quarter and Lots <br />Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4) and Five (5) all in Section Sixteen (16) in Township Ten (10) North, <br />of Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point in the <br />center of the Fifty foot road twenty -five feet south of the Southeast corner of Lot Four (4� of <br />said sub - division running thence West along the center of said road 317.5 feet) thence south at <br />right angles, 254 feet, to the present north bank of the middle channel of the Platte River, thence <br />Northeasterly along said north bank meandering to a point where the center of said road touches the <br />said river bank,thenee west along the center of said road 109.5 feet to the place.of beginning, <br />containing 1.56 acres be the same a little more or less, subject however to the south half of said <br />road herein mentioned.
