<br />simple of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast (NEiNE4) quarter,.Section Twenty- three, Township Ten (10)
<br />North,Range Twelve (I2) West of the Sixth P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lots Ten, Eleven and Twelve (10- 11 -12) in Block Twenty -three (23) of MacCall and Leflang's Addition
<br />to the Village of Wood River, Nebraska. _
<br />and that said deceased was duly possessed of the following personal property, to -wit:
<br />IO Shares of Stock in the Farmers.'State Bank of Wood River, Nebraska, of the par value of $100.00
<br />per share
<br />One Automobile.
<br />The Court further finds that all of said real and personal estate passed and descended under and
<br />by virtue of the said Last Will and Testament of the said William J.Riesland, in fee simple title,
<br />to Eva J.Riesland.
<br />The Court further finds that all of the debts and claims against said estate, and expense of Last
<br />Sickness of said Deceased, and the costs of this proceeding have been fully paid, that said estate
<br />was not subject to an inheritance tax.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Eva J.Riesland,
<br />executrix of the Last Will and Testament of the said William J.Riesland, deceased, be, and the same
<br />is, hereby approved and allowed, as and for her Final Report, and said estate is hereby settled and
<br />closed, and the said Executrix discharged and her bond as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS Fl- TRTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED Alrl) DECREED BY THE COURT that under and by virtue of the said Last
<br />Will and Testament of the said William J.Riesland, the absolute title to the following described
<br />real estate passed and descended to Eva J.Riesland, to -wit:

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the following described personal
<br />property passed and descended to the said Eva J.Riesland, upon the death of the said William J.
<br />Riesland., to -wit:
