<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />19th day of March, 19311 the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of' W illiam
<br />J.Riesland, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 16th day of April 1931,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said William J.Riesland, deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />William J. Riesland, Deceased
<br />Now, on this 24th day of September, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Eva JRieb1_ard_, Executrix of the Last Will of William J.Riealand, deceased, and upon her petition
<br />for settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, and the Court, having examined said report
<br />and records and filings In said estate, and being duly advised in the premises, finds that due
<br />and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place
<br />fixed for a hearing upon said final report as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no-one appearing
<br />to object thereot,and the Court having examined the same, together with all vouchers and papers
<br />on file and the testimony in support thereof, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that
<br />said report is true and correct In all things, and should be allowed and approved as an for the
<br />Final Report of said Executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that the said William J.R16.sland departed this life at his residence in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 13th day of March, 1931, and at the time of his death was an inhab-
<br />itant and resident of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />The Court further finds that on the 19th day of March, 1931, Eva J.Riesland filed in this Court
<br />her duly verified petition, praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to
<br />be the Last Will and Testament of the said William J.Riesland, deceased; that the Court thereupon
<br />fixed the 16th day of April, 1931, as the date for making proof of said. Last Will and Testament,
<br />and due notice of the filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for the hearing
<br />thereon, was given by the Court in the manner provided by law, and that on said date of April
<br />16th, 1931, said instrument was duly proved, allowed, and admitted to probate In this Court, as
<br />and. for the Last Will and Testament of said William J.Riesland, and letters testamentary were
<br />dfily issued thereon to Eva J.Riesland, as named in said Last Will and Testament, and she there-
<br />upon duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />glace fixed for filing claims against said estate and that all claims filed have been paid and
<br />satisfied by said executrix, and that the time fixed for filing of claims has fully expired and
<br />that all persons having claims against said estate and not filed herein, If any such there be,
<br />are forever barred and precluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said William J.Riesland, deceased, was seized as the owner in fee
<br />
