<br />Na, 7 HALL, COUNTY
<br />In said estate be and the same is approved and allowed as such; further that Bertha Muller, his
<br />widow, Edward Muller, a son, August Muller, a son, Louie duller, a son, Agnes Winter, a daughter,
<br />Bertha Stelk, a daughter, Louisa Lorenzen, a daughter, Wilhelmina Voss, a daughter, and Hilda
<br />Bartelt, a daughter, are all and the only legatees and devisees of said deceased, and that the
<br />property described.in paragraph Sixth hereof descends according to the terms and provisions of
<br />said last will and testament and the finding of this Court in paragraph Seventh of this Decree;
<br />further that said estate has been fully administered, the terms and provisions of said Last Will
<br />fully carried out by said Louie Mueller up to this time, as said Bertha Muller, widow of said
<br />testator, is still living, and said executor is hereby discharged and his bond released.

<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CHRISTIAN MULLER, DECEASED, with the original r�7cord thereof, now remaining
<br />in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in
<br />due form of law.
<br />I further certify that a copy of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, together with the

<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AIIEN. 't
<br />I, William J.Ridsland of Wood River, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind
<br />and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make,
<br />ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to my
<br />beloveth wife Eva J.Riesland all my personal property and all my real property of whatever kirid and
<br />wherever located.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Eva J.Riesland to be Executrix of this my last Will and
<br />Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 20th day of April
