<br />Bertha Muller, the improvements upon said real estate to be the absolute property of said Edward
<br />Muller if he should move the buildings to the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 13 North,
<br />Range % Nest 6th P.M. in Howard County, Nebraska; if said Edward duller desires, said will permits
<br />him to sell said buildings to said Louie Duller for not more than $1200.00; if said Edward Muller
<br />neither moves said buildings to the premises above described or sells said buildings to said Louie
<br />Muller, then said Edward Muller.to have no more than the life use of said buildings and the ground
<br />on which they are situated; The Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Ten (10), Township Twelve (12)
<br />North,Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, is devised to Louie Muller abso-
<br />buffet belonging to
<br />lutely, subject to the life estate of said Bertha Duller and subject further to the life estate of
<br />testator, was bequeathed to Hilda Bartelt, and
<br />said Edward Muller, in a small tract in the northeast corner thereof hereinbefore set forth, and
<br />goods, bedding, linen,
<br />subject further to a charge of $500.00 in favor of Agnes Minter, and a charge of $500.00 in favor
<br />silverwear, etc., was bequeathed to said Agnes
<br />of Wilhelmina Voss and a charge of $800.00 in favor of Hilda Bartelt, whose real and true name is
<br />Hilda Bartelt, and further subject to a charge of $200.00 in favor of Bertha Stelk, each of said
<br />no division to be made thereof
<br />charges to be paid within five years after the death of said Bertha Muller and to draw interest
<br />at 5% per annum from the date six months after the date of the death of aald Bertha Muller, and
<br />that no objection to the terms
<br />in addition to said charges against said land, said Louie Muller is directed to pay the debt of
<br />Muller upon the Northwest Quarter
<br />$1,000.00 owed by said testator to Henry Krohn of Hall County, Nebraska, which debt is also a
<br />widow, of said
<br />charge against said land; under the terms and conditions of said last will, one lot in Grand Island
<br />County,Nebraska,
<br />Cemetery is devised to said August Muller, one lot to said Louie Duller and one lot to said Edward
<br />and the lien created under said will and testament of Christian Muller on said real
<br />Muller.
<br />Subject to said life estate to Bertha Muller, one walnut bedroom suite and the
<br />buffet belonging to
<br />istration in said estate have been paid by said Louie Muller and
<br />testator, was bequeathed to Hilda Bartelt, and
<br />the remainder bf the househald
<br />goods, bedding, linen,
<br />Viands of said executor for farther distribution, he having fully
<br />silverwear, etc., was bequeathed to said Agnes
<br />Winter, Bertha Stelk, Louise Lorenzen, Wilhelmina
<br />Voss and Hilda Bartelt, share and share alike,
<br />no division to be made thereof
<br />until after the death
<br />of said Bertha Muller; the Court further finds
<br />that no objection to the terms
<br />and provisions made
<br />Muller upon the Northwest Quarter
<br />for her in said Last Will and Testament have been filed by said Bertha Muller,
<br />widow, of said
<br />6th P.M. in Howard
<br />testator.
<br />Eighth.
<br />The Court further finds that all just debts and claims against said estate and the costs of admin-
<br />istration in said estate have been paid by said Louie Muller and
<br />that there remains
<br />nothing in the
<br />Viands of said executor for farther distribution, he having fully
<br />carred out all the
<br />terms and con -
<br />ditions of said last will and testament; that on the 20th day of_August,
<br />19381 said

<br />and Elizabeth huller, his wife, filed in this Court their agreement subordinating the charge in
<br />the sum of $700.00 in favor of said August Muller against Edward
<br />Muller upon the Northwest Quarter
<br />of Section tTenty- seven, Township Thirteen North,Range Nine,West
<br />6th P.M. in Howard
<br />County,Nebraska,
<br />and the lien created under said will and testament of Christian Muller on said real
<br />estate, to a
<br />mortgage lien in favor of J.E.Blevins in the sum of $1200.00 and
<br />interest at 5% pei,
<br />annum from
<br />August 19, 1938, which mortgage is due August 19, 1943,
<br />Ninth.
<br />The Court further finds that after deducting from the assets of said estate, all debts, claims,
<br />costs of administration, other proper expenditures and the statutory exemptions allowed the legatees
<br />and devisees in said estate, that there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska., no inheritance tax whatsoever, nor is there any inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska
<br />nor the United States of America from this estate or the devisees or legatees thereof.
<br />Tenth.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that any claims now outstanding
<br />against said estate be and the same hereby are forever barred, and enjoined from being presented
<br />for payment against the assets of this estate or the devisees or legatees thereof. It is further
<br />ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the final report of said Louie Muller, executor
