<br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County, on
<br />the let day of May, A.D., 1934, Present Paul N.Kirk, County Judge.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate
<br />of
<br />Christian duller, deceased.
<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />21st day of March, 1934, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Christian
<br />Muller, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the let day of May, 1934, said in-
<br />strument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as t'l.e last
<br />will and'testament of the real and personal estate of said Christian Muller, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this let
<br />day of May, 1934.

<br />That on the 11th day of May, 1934, an order of this Court was made allowing creditors three months
<br />in which to file their claims against said estate and the executor one year in which to settle
<br />said estate from the 5th day of June, 1934, and further ordering that a notice of the same be
<br />published in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulating in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, three consecutive weeks prior to the 5th day of June, 1934, and that a hearing
<br />be had on any claim, filed against said estate at the County Court room of said County on September
<br />5, 1934, at 9 o'clock A.M., and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published
<br />as ordered by this Court.
<br />Sixth.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 18th day of May, 1934, the said Louie Muller filed In Court
<br />his inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to said inventory, the deceased
<br />died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit:
<br />Promissory notes totaling $3,210.00
<br />Raal Estate: Southeast �uarter (SE-4) of Section Ten (10), Township Ty,,elve (12) North,Range Nine
<br />(9), West th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW J) of Section Twenty -seven (27) Toi�,nship Thirteen (13) North
<br />Range Nine (9),West 6th P.M., Howard County, Nebraska.
<br />Seventh.
<br />The Court further finds that according to the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament,
<br />said property descends as follows: To Bertha duller, his widow, a life estate in said property,
<br />both real and personal, for and during the term of her natural life; the Northvvest quarter (NWJ)
<br />of Section Twenty- seven, Township Thirteen North,Range Nine,West 6th P.B., Howard County, Nebraska,.
<br />subject to the life estate of Bertha Muller, is devised to Edward Muller in fee simple, subject
<br />to a charge of Seven Hundred Dollars in favor of August Muller, which charge is to be paid within
<br />five years after the death of said Bertha Muller and to draw interest at 5% per annum from the date
<br />six months after the death of said Bertha Muller, until paid; the following described land: Com-
<br />mencing at the northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter (SEI) of Section Ten, Township Twelve North,
<br />Range Nine West 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and running thence west 300 feet, thence south at
<br />right angles approximately 75 feet to the north bank of Prairie Creek, thence in a southeasterly
<br />direction along the north bank of Prairie Creek to a point where Prairie Creek intersects the see-
<br />tion road, thence north along, the section road approximately 300 feet to the place of beginning,
<br />is devised to Edward Duller for and during his natural life, a4bject to the life estate of said
<br />
