244 <br />THE AUGUSTINE CO, 73600.12.36 <br />Township Twelve (12) North,Range Nine (9) West of the .6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, to have and <br />to hold to him and his heirs forever, subject, however, to the life estate hereinbefore granted my <br />beloved wife, and subject further to the life estate hereinbefore granted my son Edward in a small <br />tract in the Northeast corner of said premises, and subject further to a charge of Five Hundred <br />Dollars ($500.00) in favor of my beloved daughter Agnes Winter, a charge of Five Hundred Dollars <br />(($500-00) in favor of my beloved daughter Wilhelmina Voss, and a charge of Eight Hundred Dollars <br />($800.00) in favor of my beloved daughter Hilda Bartllt, a charge of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) <br />in favor of my beloved daughter Bertha Stelk, each of said charges to be paid within five years <br />after the death of the survivor of myself and wife and to draw interest at the rate of five (5) <br />percent per annum from the date six months after the date of the death of the survivor of myself <br />and wife and to be and remain a charge and lien on said real estate until paid. In addition to the <br />above charges against the land devised to my beloved son Louie duller, I direct that my said son <br />Louie shall pay the debt of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) which I now owe to Henry Krohn, of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and in the event said debt shall have been transferred into someother form of <br />obligation at the time of my death, my said son Louie shall nevertheless be required to pay the <br />same, and said sum shall remain a charge against the land herein devised to said son until the same <br />is paid. In addition to such charges, my son Louie duller is to pay all funeral expenses for myself <br />and my wife and shall pay all expenses of administering my estate. <br />4. <br />i7 <br />During <br />my lifetime, <br />I have loaned money to certain of my children and their spouses and hold their <br />rmtes <br />for a part of <br />such obligations and it is my will that upon my death all <br />of said notes and <br />Indebtedness <br />shell <br />be cancelled, and I direct my executor hereinafter named to <br />mark said notes can- <br />celled <br />and return the <br />same to the makers thereof. <br />5• <br />I have <br />in this will <br />made no provision for my daughter Louisa Lorenzen, and the <br />reason for this is <br />that I <br />have during* <br />my lifetime loaned her and her husband money and this loan <br />is among those to be <br />cancelled. 6 <br />I am the owner of three lots in Grand Island,Nebraska, Cemetery and I hereby give and detise dne. -.- <br />lot to my'sorx'Augi�st.1uller, one lot to my son Louie huller and one lot to my son Edward Duller, <br />and it is my will that between them they select the lots they respectively prefer. <br />7- <br />Unto my beloved daughter Hilda Bartelt, I give and bequeath the walnut bedroom suite and the <br />buffet, all of the remainder of the household goods, bedding, linen, silverware, et8., I give and <br />bequeath to my beloved daughters Agnes, Bertha, Louisa, Wilhelmina and Hilda, share and share alike <br />and ask that they divide the same between themselves in an equitable manner; this division, however, <br />not to take place until after the death of my beloved wife, should she survive me. <br />8. <br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give, devise and bequeath to my eight children, <br />Agnes Winter, Bertha Stelk, Louisa Lorenzen, Louie duller, August Duller, Wilhelmina Voss, Edward <br />Muller, and Hilda Bartelt, share and share alike, to be theirs absolute. <br />9• <br />I hereby nominate my son Louie duller to be executor of this my last will and testament and hereby <br />revoke any and all former wills by me made. <br />Done at Grand Island,Nebraska, this 4th day of November, 1933. <br />Christian Muller <br />Testator <br />We whose names are hereunto subscribed, do hereby certify that this instrument, consitting of <br />three pages, was signed by Christian Muller, the testator, in our presence, and in the presence of <br />each of us, and at the same time in our presence and hearing he declared the same to be his last <br />will and testament, and we at his request, and in-his presence, and in the press °nce of each other <br />sign our names hereto as witnesses.
