<br />CODICIL TO LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />OF
<br />MARY ZILLER
<br />I, Mary Ziller of Grand Island,Nebraska, declare this to be a Codicil to my Will which bears the
<br />date of August 7, 1935:
<br />Before distribution of my residuary estate is made as provided in the Fifth paragraph of said Will
<br />and Codicil thereto, I direct that in addition to carrying out the provisions of the first four
<br />paragraphs ttiat all of my household goods including furniture and furnishings now contained in my
<br />home at 1012 West 5th Street shall go to Mrs. Augusta Petersen of Grand Island, Nebraska, who has
<br />so faithfully looked after me during my present illness; Excepting, however, my clock which shall
<br />vo to my grandson George Zoch and my watch which shall _;o to my granddaughter, Theresa Zoeh.
<br />In all other respects I confirm my said Will.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 23rd day of April, A.D.,1939.

<br />Instrument to be a codicil to her last Will and Testament, and we at her request and in her presence
<br />and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses.

<br />I. Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />24th day of May, 1938, instruments purporting to be the last will and testament and Codicils of
<br />Mary Ziller deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 17th day of June 1938,
<br />said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament and Codicils of the real and personal estate of said Mary Ziller,
<br />deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />A.J.Luebs, Executor of the Estate of Mary Ziller, Deceased, and upon the petition of said Executor
<br />for the allowance and approval of said Report, settlement of said estate, and discharge herein, and
<br />the Court having examined the records and files herein and being fully advised in the premises, finds
<br />that-due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court
<br />for hearing upon said Final Report, and no one appearing to object to said report and the Court
<br />having examined the same, together with all vouchers and receipts on file, finds; that said report
