<br />Cemetery as soln after my decease as possible, the cost of said monument not to exceed $500.00.
<br />THIRD
<br />I direct my Executor to pay to the Parish Priest of St. Mary's Church in Grand Island,Nebraska, the
<br />sum of 450.00 for the purposes of having Masses said for the repose of the souls of myself and my
<br />deceased husband.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to the Father Flanagan Home and Orphanage at Omaha, Nebraska, the sum
<br />of $1,000.00.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal and whether now owned by
<br />me or hereafter acquired, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter, Mary Zoch, Clintonville,
<br />Wisconsin, absolutely and in fee.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />I name, nominate and appoint, A.J.Luebs of Grand Island, Nebraska, to be the Executor of this my
<br />last Will and Testament.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto signed my name to this instrument consisting of two pages of
<br />typewritten matter, all of which I have identified with my signature thereon on this 7th day of
<br />August, A.D., 1935•

<br />CODICIL TO LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />OF
<br />MARY ZILLER.
<br />I, Mary Ziller of Grand Island,Nebraska, declare this to be a Codicil to my Will which bears the date
<br />of August 7, 1935:
<br />Whereas by my said Will, I gave, devised and bequeathed to my beloved daughter, Mary Zoch of
<br />Clintonville, Wisconsin, all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate and Whereas no provision
<br />is made for the disposition of said residue in the event she should precede me in death; now I here-
<br />by amend said fif th paragraph of said Will and provide that in the event she should precede me in
<br />death, then and in that event said residue shall go to her surviving issue, share and share alike,
<br />absolutely and in fee.
<br />In all other respects I confirm my said Will.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 14th day of August, A.D., 1935.
