238 THE AUGUSTINE CO. 18600.12 -86 real estate, to -wit: The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S'JSWJ) of Section Twenty -six (26) Township Eleven (11), Range Eleven (11), Hall County, Nebraska, and said real estate hereinbefore described did pass and descend under the terms of said last will and testament to Bert Still in fee simple title. That all the rest and residue of the estate of Margaret Still, deceased, did pass and descend under the terms of the said last will and testament to the said Bert Still, widower. That the final report filed herein is true and correct in all things and the same should be approved and allowed as and for his final report, said estate settled and closed, said executor discharged and surety on his official bond released of any further liability in said matter. That there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska or the United States from said estate. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against said estate not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate and that the final report herein be, and the same is, hereby approved as and for his final report, said estate settled and closed, said executor and his surety on his official bond are hereby released from any further liability in said matter.
