Present Paul N.Kirk,County Judge <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />Margaret Still, deceased. <br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the <br />22nd day of June, 1938, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Margaret <br />Still, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 25th day of July 1938, said <br />Instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last <br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Margaret Still, deceased, and the same <br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this 25th <br />day of July, 1939. Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF : <br />D E C R E E <br />MARGARET STILL, DECEASED. <br />Now on this 14th day of December, 1938, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report <br />filed herein by Bert Still, executor of the estate of Margaret Still, deceased and upon his appli- <br />cation for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate and his discharge <br />as executor of said estate, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, including <br />said report and vouchers attached thereto, and being fully advised in the premises finds as follows: <br />That on the 22nd day of June, 1938, Bert Still, widower of Margaret Still, deceased, filed his <br />petition in this Court in which he alleged, among other things, that Margaret Still departed this <br />life in Rochester,Minnesota on the 15th day of June, 1935, leaving a last will and testament in <br />which Bert Still was named executor thereof, which instrument he offered for probate as the last <br />will and testament of deceased and asking that an executor be appointed; that upon reading and <br />filing said petition this Court entered an order fixing the time and place for hearing said petition <br />and giving notice thereof, as provided by law; that said matter coming on to be heard upon the <br />date fixed by the Court said instrument was duly admitted to probate in this Court as the last <br />will and testament of Margaret Still, deceased, and letters of administration were issued to Bert <br />Still. <br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court <br />for filing claims against said estate acid all persons having claims against said estate not filed <br />within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be,should be forever barred, excluded and <br />enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />That said deceased departed this life leaving as her heirs at law and only heirs at law, devisees, <br />legatees and persons entitled to share in her said estate, the following named persons, to -wit: <br />Bert Still, widower, Wood River, Nebraska, <br />That said deceased departed this life the owner in fee simple in and to the following described <br />
