<br />That all of said real estate is aseigned in accordance with the terms and provisions of the last
<br />will and testament of said Nicolaus Schnell, deceased, a copy of which is hereto attached, masked
<br />Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

<br />That the deeds to the land situated in Colorado, deposited with the will, be delivered to the said
<br />John Schnell and Mrs. Catherine Hintz, in accordance with the terms and directions of the decedent.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARGARET STILL.

<br />I, Margaret Still of Wood River, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory-and in the full enjoy-
<br />ment of my usual good health and mental faculties and with full knowledge of my duties and respon-
<br />sibilities, and considering the uncertainties of this mortal life, do hereby make, publish and
<br />declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any Will by me heretofore made.
<br />First: I direct that my funeral expenses and arty just debts I may be owing shall be paid out of
<br />my personal estate, and if that be insufficient, then out of my real estate.
<br />Second:'I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband, Bert Still, absolutely and
<br />without reservation or qualification of any kind-or sort, all my property of whatsoever kind and
<br />description, both real and personal, that I now have or may hereafter acquire or come into pos-
<br />session of.
<br />Third: I hereby constitute and appoint my said husband, Bert Still, Executor of this my last Will
<br />and Testament and request that no other bond be required of him as such Executor except his own
<br />personal obligation.
