<br />In the event that any of the beneficiaries named herein die prior to the death of my beloved wife,
<br />Amelia Schnell, or my death, leaving lawful issue him or her surviving, I give, devise, and bequeath,
<br />to the surviving lawful issue of such deceased beneficiary or beneficiaries the part and portion
<br />of my estate w13ieh saida deceased beneficia °y or beneficiaries would have received hereunder, equally,
<br />share and share alike.
<br />In the event that any of said beneficiaries die prior to the death of my.beloved wife, or my death,
<br />leaving surviving no lawful issue, the legacy and devise herein granted to such beneficiary or
<br />beneficiaries as shall not survive my said wife shall lapse, and the legacy and devise so lapsing
<br />and failing shell go to the surviving beneficiaries named herein, or the lawful issue thereof,
<br />equally, share and share alike.

<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me heretofore made at
<br />any time.

<br />14th day of March, 1938, the instrument purporting.to be the last will and testament of Nicolaus
<br />Schnell, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 6th day of April, 1939, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Nicolaus Schnell, deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
