<br />IT IS, THEREFORE,, ORDERED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against said estate, if any
<br />such there be, and not filed herein, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting
<br />any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that Fred Voss at the time of his death was a widower.
<br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax to be paid_
<br />The Court further finds -that distribution of cash has been made in accordance with the terms of
<br />said. last will and. testament and that the executor has in his possession Certificate of Deposit in
<br />The State Bank of Cairo, No. 1039, dated December 23, 1937, for $100.00, Certificate of Deposit
<br />in The State Bank of Cairo, No-1051, dated February 21, 1935, for $500.00, and liquidation certifi-
<br />cate in the Farmers State Bank of Cairo, Nebraska, and that under the terms of the last will and
<br />testament of Fred Voss, deceased, said certificates are the property of the residuary legatees
<br />named in said -last will and testament.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that Richard Buenz, Executor, assign and transfer to Herman Voss, Max
<br />Voss, and Lena Diekmanip, the aforesaid certificates.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased was the owner of a cemetery lot described as follows:
<br />Test half of Lot 9, Lot 9A and Lot 10A in Row 2, in the Grand Island Cemetery,Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />and that said premises, under the last will and testament of Fred Voss, deceased, passed and des-
<br />cended to Her zran Voss, Max Voss, and Lena Diekmann. .
<br />The Court further finds that said Executor has performed all of his duties and made distribution
<br />according; to said last will and testament and the order of the Court, and that said final report
<br />is hereby approved and allowed, and said Executor discharged.

<br />thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a
<br />seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said. Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates
<br />in his oven name, and that I am the legal custddian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,
<br />and that the foregoing; attestation is in due form of law.
