This cause came on for hearing this 14th day of December, 1935, upon the final report of Richard
Buenz, Executor of the last will and testament of Fred Voss, deceased,
The Court having examined said report and the files in the case, and being duly advised in the
premises, finds that due and legal noticp has been given to all persons interested in said estate
of the time and place fixed for hearing upon the final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court,
and no one appearing to object thereto, said report was examined, together with the vouchers on
file and the, testimony in support thereof, and the Court finds that said report is true and correct
in all things and ought to be. approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executor.
The Court further finds that Fred Voss departed this life on the 7th day of April, 1935, and at
the time of his death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that a document pur-
porting to be the last will and testament of said Fred Voss was filed, with the duly verified
petition for tie allowance and probate of said document, and the Court thereupon fixed the 15th
day of May, 1935, as the date for making proof of said last will and testament, and due and legal
notice of the time and place for said hearing was given and on said date said document was duly
proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the last will and testament of
Fred Voss, deceased., and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to Richard Buenz, executor,
as named therein, and he thereupon qualified as such.
The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
place fixed by the Court for the filing; of claims against said estate, that all claims filed and
allowed have been paid, that the time fixed for filing claims has expired.
