<br />ever barred and injoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate; that
<br />the deceased died intestate a resident of said Hall County, on March 16, 1933 and that he left
<br />surviving him as his heirs at law and only heirs at law, his children, Arthur E.Marsh, Clarence W.
<br />Marsh, Clara M.Scott and Mary E.Magnuson; that said deceased died seized in fee simple of an undiv-
<br />ided two thirds interest in the lots hereinbefore described as tenant in common and that the same
<br />passed and descended, under the statutes of descent of Nebraska, in fee simple to said children
<br />Arthur E.Marsh, Clarence W.Marsh, Clara M. Scott and Mary E.Magnuson, as tenants in common, in fee
<br />simple, eachtaking from the deceased an undivided one sixth interest in said lots above described
<br />respectively subject only to the payments above found and ordered herein and the same is hereby
<br />so awarded to them respecti�,-ely; that said estate and the succession thereto is not subject to any
<br />inheritance tax under the laws of Nebraska or to any estate tax.

<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CARROLL M.MARSH, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining
<br />in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original
<br />record.; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and.of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FRED VOSS
<br />I, Fred Voss, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare
<br />this to be my last Will and testament, in the manner and form following:
<br />First.
<br />I direct that the expenses attending my burial and sickness, and all just debts be first paid.
<br />Second.
<br />I give to my son Chris Voss the sum of $250.00. I make no further provision for him for the reason
<br />that I have heretofore made substantial advancements to him.
<br />Third.

<br />I make no provision for my
<br />grandsons Harry Voss, and Fred Voss, the
<br />sons of my deceased son John
<br />Voss, for the reason that
<br />I have already made advancements to them as
<br />their share.
<br />Fourth.
<br />All the rest, residue and
<br />remainder of my estate, real and personal,
<br />of which I die possessed,
<br />I give devise and bequeath
<br />to my children, Max Voss, Herman Voss and
<br />Lena Diekmann, in equal shAres.
<br />I hereby revoke all former
<br />wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
<br />I hereby name and appoint
<br />my friend Richard Buenz, executor of this
<br />my last will and testament.
