228 <br />THE AUGUSTINE CO. 13600.12.36 <br />IT IS .THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED A17D DECREED BY THE COURT,that..Melissa Marsh died intestate on <br />August 30, 1927; that at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant of said Hall County; <br />that she left surviving her as her sole and only heirs at law, her four children, Arthur E.Marsh, <br />Clarence W.Marsh, Clara M.Scott and Mary E.Magnuson and her husband, ,Carroll M.Marsh, also known <br />as Carrol M.Marsh; that the degree of kinship of said heirs to the .deceased is that of children <br />and husband as respectively stated above; that at the time, of her death, the deceased was seized <br />of an estate of inheritance and eras the owner in fee simple of an undivided one half interest in <br />the real estate. hereinbefore described, situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, said undivided <br />one half interest in said real estate passed and descended on her death as follows: to said children <br />above named each an undivided one - twelfth interest in said lots, subject to the homestead estate of <br />said Carroll M.Marsh, her husband and to said husband an undivided one -sixth interest in said Lots <br />in fee simple and said life or homestead estate.
