<br />forever barred,excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such 014ims against said
<br />estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the order heretofore erroneously
<br />entered on February 25,1936,admitting the purported will of Belle Hansen Richardson to probate
<br />was entered through mistake;and that said order is hereby set aside,cancelled and revoked.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED ;ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Belle Hansen Richardson died
<br />intestate by reason of the revocation of her purported will,as above set for th,and that her heirs
<br />are David H.Richardson,her husband,Ole D.Hansen and Royal A.McKenzie,her sons;that the said Belle
<br />Hansen Richardson having died intestate,her property passed and descended at her death in the
<br />following shares,to -wit: an undivided one- fourth (J) thereof to David H.Richardson,an undivided
<br />three - eighths (3/8) interest to Ole D.Hansen,and an undivided three - eighths (3/9) interest to
<br />Royal A- McKenzie in absolute title.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all acts of the said Ole D.Hansen,
<br />as administrator of said estate,ar a hereby approved and allowed;that the said Ole D.Hansen was
<br />erroneously referred to as the executor of the estate of Belle Hansen Richardson,but that he acted
<br />at all times in the capacity of administrator of said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER'ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT I"LYSffiI report filed herein by Ole D.
<br />Hansen,administrator,be,and the same is hereby,in all things,approved and allowed as and for said
<br />administrator's final report,said estate stttldd and closed and said administrator discharged
<br />from any further liability in said estate,
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate owned by the deceased
<br />at the time of her death,and hereinbefore described,did pass and descend under and by virtue of
<br />the Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska as hereinbefore found by the Court,and distribut-
<br />ion thereof is accordingly made.
