<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />17th day of June, 1938, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of John Bren-
<br />ning, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 7th day of July, 1938, said in-
<br />strument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personAl estate of said John Brenning, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 7th
<br />day of July, 1938. PAUL N.KIRK
<br />County Judge.
<br />That this estate has been fully administered, the terms and conditions of said last will fully
<br />carried out and said executrix is hereby discharged from further acting herein, this estate closed
<br />and her bond released.

<br />Entered IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN BRENNING, DECEASED, with the original record thereof,
<br />now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of
<br />such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto
<br />attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that
<br />I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing
<br />attestation is in due form of law.
<br />I further certify that a copy of the Last Will and Testament of said Deceased and Certificate of
<br />Probate thereof is embodied in and made a part - -said Decree of Final Settlement.

<br />DECREE
<br />HANSEN RICHARDSON,DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 21st day of September,1939,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by Ole D.Hansen, administrator of the estate of Belle Hansen Richardson,deceased,and upon
<br />his petition for the approval and allowance of said report settlement of said estate and his
<br />discharge herein and the Court having examined the records and files herein and being fully ad-
<br />vised in the premises finds as follows:
<br />That said deceased departed this life on December 7,1936;that she left a
<br />last will and testament which was executed under date of July 2,1925,under which she bequeathed
<br />her property to her husband,Peter Hansen;that the said peter Hansen had preceded her in death,
<br />having died on June 6,1926;and the said Belle Hansen was subsequently married to David H.Richardson�
<br />and that by reason of the death of the said Peter Hansen and of the remarriage of Belle Hansen$
<br />the purported will of the said Belle Hansen was revoked,cancelled and rendered inoperative,and
<br />the Court finds that the said Belle Hansen Richardson died intestate and that she left-surviving
<br />her as her heirs at law and only heirs at law,the following named persons: David H.Riohardson, her
<br />husband,Ole D.Hannen,a son and Royal A.MoKenzie,a son.
