<br />the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block Twenty (20) of H.G.Clark's Addition and its complementary fractional Lot Two
<br />(2) in fractional Block Five (5) of Rollin's Addition, all to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />Lot ''our ( 4 ) in Block Twenty -eight (28 ) of the Original Town, now City of Grand. Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that according to the terms and provisions of said last will and testament,
<br />said property descends as follows, to -wit: to Marie Webber Brenning, in fee simple.
<br />EIGHTH
<br />Nebraska, nor to the United States of America.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that any and all claims against this
<br />estate, if any there be, are hereby forever barred and enjointed from being presented against the
<br />assets of this estate and the same are hereby forever barred.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,. ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that

<br />is the only legatee and devisee of said deceased and that the
<br />Sixth hereof descends according to the terms and provisions o

<br />and transitory life do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and
<br />Testament.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executrix, her6inafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease "as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND. After payment of such funeral_ expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto my
<br />wife Marie Weber Brenning all of my property both real, mixed and personal, wheresoever Situated,
<br />to have and to hold the same to her and her assigns forever.
<br />THIRD, After the decease of my said wife Marie Brenning, I direct that any property then remaining
<br />shall be divided equally among my children who survive; and if any of them are deceased, their
<br />share shall be given to the children, or descendants of such deceased child.
<br />Said children at this date being: Lena Brenning Newkirk, wife of A.Earle Newkirk, of McCook, Neb.;
<br />Mary Brenning Eckhart, deceased, former wife of George E.Eckhart, represented by her two children,
<br />Helen Irene Eckhart Williams & Raymond Eckhart; Kate Knowles McKenzie, wife of E.Earle McKenzie,
<br />Harvard, Neb.; Amelia Brenning Turnbull, of Greybull, Wyoming, widow of Roy L.Trumbull; Igaina
<br />Brenning McDannel of Caldwell, Idaho; Esther Brenning Olson, wife of Frank Olson,Jr., of Grand
<br />Island; Ruth Brenning Heisted, wife of Leonard Heisted, of Kearney, Neb.; Helen Brenning Eaton
<br />(Gillham) , wife of Allen Eaton ( Verdon) of Grand Island.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Marie Brenning,my wife, to be Executrix, without bond, of
<br />this my last Will and Testament, hereby revo&ing all former wills by me made.
