1 <br />f1 <br />�1 <br />217 <br />No. 7 HALL COUNTI <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />CERTIFICATE. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />HALL COUNTY )ss <br />I, Paul N.Kirk, County,Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify that I have compared <br />the foregoing copy of Final Decree entered IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CLISBA A.ELLIS,DECEASED, <br />with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript <br />thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a <br />seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates <br />in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, <br />and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hatnd and affixed the seal of the County Court, at <br />Grand Island, this 1st day of December, 1938. <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge <br />Filed for record this 2 day of December, 1938, at 9 :30 o'clock A.M. 0),�� <br />Register of Deeds- <br />Grand <br />eeds <br />0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0- <br />YINAL"DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />)FINAL DECREE. <br />OF ELIZABETH CAREY, DECEASED. ) <br />Now on this 19th day of August, 1938, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Emil <br />Thelen, administrator of the estate of Elizabeth Carey, deceased, and upon his petition for appro- <br />val and allowance of said report of the settlement of said estate, and his discharge herein; and <br />the Court having examined the records and files herein, and being duly advised herein, finds that <br />the said Elizabeth Carey departed this life at Wood River, in Hall County, Nebraska, on July 4, <br />1937; that a petition was filed by Catherine Donigan, sister of the deceased, alleging that the <br />said Elizabeth Carey died intestate on July 4, 1937; that she was at the time of her death, a <br />resident and inhabitant of Hall County, and the owner of real estate situated therein, and praying <br />that the said Catherine Donlga n, or some other suitable person be appointed to administer said <br />estate; that upon the hearing of said petition on the 3d day of September, 1937, the said Catherine <br />Donigan was duly appointed administratrix of said estate; but that the said Catherine Donigan re- <br />fused to qualif$,,as administra.trix; and that on the 20th day of November, 1937, the Court appointed <br />Emil Thelen administrator of said estate, and fixed his bond at $1500.00; that he filed said bond <br />and received letters of administration entitling him to administer said estate. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and <br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against said estate, and that all persons having claims <br />against said estate not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever <br />barred, excluded and enjoined from setting.up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that the deceased was never married; that she left no children, nor mother <br />or father; and that her sole and only heirs at law were her brothers and sisters, to -wit: <br />Rose Ann Jane Nelson, a sister <br />Mary A.O'Brien, a sister, <br />Margaret Bulger, a sister, <br />Johanna Roche, a sister, <br />Catherine Donigan, a sister, <br />Michael J.Carey, a brother, and <br />Matthew C.Carey, a brother. <br />The Court further finds that said deceased died the owner of real estate and personal property in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, that said real estate is described as follows: <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section Twenty -four (24) in Township Ten (10) North <br />of Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., described. as follows: "Commencing at a point in the East <br />Section line of - Section Tvienty -four (24) in Township Ten (10) NQ rth of Range._Twelve (12) West of the <br />Sixth Principle Meridian, Seven and one -half feet (72') South of the Southeast - corner of the North <br />
