<br />Lots One, Two, Three, Four and Five (1,2)3,4 and 5) in Fractional Block Twenty (20), in Baker's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lots Fi ve and Six (5 and 6), Block Twelve (12),Ashton Place,
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lot Five (5), Block Twenty -two (22),Baker's Addition, Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said Fred W.Ashton left surviving him as his heirs at law, and his only
<br />heirs at law and the only persons interested in his estate the following named;
<br />Carrie R.Ashton, his widow, of Los Angeles, California,
<br />Mary L.Ashton, his mother, of Pasadena, California,
<br />Clara E.Ashton, his sister, of Pasadena, California
<br />E.Louise Ashton, his sister,of. Pasadena, California
<br />James T.(Thad) Ashton, his brother, of Shelton, Nebraska,
<br />Walter Ashton, his brother, of Shelton, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of
<br />Fred W.Ashton, deceased, all of the estate, both real and personal, passed to Carrie R.Ashton, his
<br />surviving widow, by absolute title.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final report of said Carrie
<br />R.Ashton, Executrix of the last will and testament of the said Fred W.Ashton, deceased,be, and the
<br />same is hereby, in all things, allowed and approved as and for said final report; said estate is
<br />hereby settled and closed and said Executrix is discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of Fred W.Ashton, deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded, and
<br />enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that distribution of the estate, both
<br />real and personal, of the said Fred W.Ashton, deceased, is hereby made in accordance with the
<br />terms and provisions of his last will and testament.

<br />a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole•of such original record; that said Court is a Court
<br />of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized
<br />to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the
<br />Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
