Ashton, Executrix under the last will and teatament of Fred W.Ashton, deceased, and upon her <br />petition for the approval and. allowance of said report, the settlement of said estate, and her <br />discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and. files and being duly advised in <br />the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place <br />fixed for the hearing upon said report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and the Court having <br />examined said report, together with the vouchers on file, and being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that said report is true and correct in all things, and that the same ought to be approved <br />and allowed as and for the final report of said Executrix. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and <br />place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate, and that the time so fixed <br />has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there be, <br />are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such,claims against said estate. <br />The Court finds that the said Executrix has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased, and the <br />costs of this proceeding, and that all claims against the estate have been paid. <br />The Court finds that there has come into the hands of the Executrix the sum of $1321.48;' that she <br />has p4ld out in various disbursements the sum of $516.58, leaving a balance on hand of $804.90. <br />That said sum of $804.90 has been paid to Carrie R.Ashton, widow, of said deceased, she being the <br />sole legatee and devisee under the last will and testament of said deceased, and her receipt for <br />that amount is on file in this Court. <br />The Court further finds that the estate is not subject to the payment of State Inheritance Tax or <br />Federal Estate Tax. <br />The Court finds that the said Fred W.Ashton died seized as the owner by fee simple title of: <br />An undivided one -third interest in the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty -one (21) Township Nine <br />(9) North,Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; <br />An undivided one -third interest in the Southwest Quarter of Section Fifteen (15), Township Nine <br />(9),North,Range Twelve (12),West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; <br />An undivided one -third interest in the Northeast Quarter of Section Nine (9),Township Nine (9), <br />North,Range Twelve (12),West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; <br />An undivided one -third interest in the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty -five (25),Township <br />Ten (10) North,Range Twelve (12),West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska; <br />An undivided one -third interest in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section <br />Thirty -five (35), Township Ten (10),North,Range Twelve (12),West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />An undivided one- fourth interest in the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty -one <br />(21), Township Ten (10) North,Range Twelve (12.)
