<br />are the sole and only beneficiaries and devisees under the Will of said deceased. That the property
<br />and assets of said Estate are disposed of to said persons as shown in said Will and as set forth
<br />in the findings of this Decree, and that the reports of the Executor and all his acts and doings
<br />in all respects are approved, ratified and affirmed. That all claims against said estate not filed
<br />within the time limited for filing the same are forever barred. That the Executor has filed receipts
<br />and vouchers showing payment of all costs, claims,bequests and distributive shares, except that
<br />vouchers are•not yet on file for balance of fees owing to the Executor and to the Estate Attorney,
<br />and that upon his filing said last named vouchers, said Executor is discharged, his letters testa-
<br />mentary cancelled, and his Bond released.

<br />I, FRED W.ASHTON, residinCr at 458 South Detroit Street, Los Angeles, California, and formerly a
<br />resident of Grand Island, Nebraska, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not act-
<br />ing under duress, menace, fraud or undue influence of any person whomsoever, do make and publish this
<br />my LAST WILL and do hereby expressly revoke all other and former wills and codicils to wills made
<br />by me.

<br />I appoint my wife, CARRIE R.ASHTON and THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF BEVERLY HILLS, a national bank-
<br />ing association, as Co- Executors of this my LAST WILL, and request that my wife be p rfni "t O to

<br />I hereby declare that I am married and that my wife's name is CARRIE R.ASHTON and that I have no
<br />issue of my body.
