<br />In said receipt she also waives all right to any statutory widow's allowance or right to elect to

<br />11. By the further terms of the Will all of the real estate in said estate is devised, a one - eighth
<br />share to Jennie M.Baumann, , who is,the same identical person as Jennie M.Bowman named in Will;
<br />a one-eighth share to William D.Devereaux,Jr.; a one - eighth share to Grace E.Dinsmore,who is the
<br />same identical person as Grace E.Stone, named in Will; a one - eighth share to Bertha E.Owen; a one -
<br />eighth share to Lotta A.Reichstein; a one - eighth share to George E.Devereaux; a one - eighth share
<br />to Ruth E.MeGrath; a one - thirty second share to Ralph W.Devereaux; a one - thirty second share to
<br />Fay Devereaux Barrett, who is the same identical person as Fay Devereaux named in Will; a one - thirty
<br />second share to Max Devereaux; a one - thirty second share to Lois Devereaux Wood, who is the same
<br />identical person as Lois Devereaux named in Will.

<br />the office of the County Recorder of said County.
<br />12. As to personal property, the $3500.00 First Baptist Church mortgage, and the $2500.00 Ellis H.
<br />Lary and Janet Lary, mortgage have been cashed under compromise settlements duly authorized by the
<br />Court, and approved by the legatees through their Receipts given at the time of making of Executor's
<br />partial Report dated and filed June 22, 1936. The 25 shares of Cities Service stock listed in
<br />Inventory have been sold at prevailing stock market price, as per Court Order authorizing the same
<br />dated January 29, 1937, and-the proceeds accounted for in the Executor's reports.
<br />13. Proceeds from all the foregoing together with the cash on hand in Bank, and the rentals received
<br />from Estate real estate have been used for expenditures and for distribution made as per reports
<br />of the Executor, all in accordance with the terms-of the Will of the deceased, and RecL&Ipts are on
<br />file covering all distribution made.
<br />14. -The Court further finds that the value of all the assets of this Estate, as shown by the files
<br />and records herein and by the Report on real estate made by special appraisers herein, is not suf-
<br />ficient to make said estate subject to either State Inheritance or Federal Estate tax, after taking
<br />into consideration the exemptions provided by law.
<br />15. The Court further finds that, except for an unpaid balance of fees owing to the Executor and
<br />to the Estate Attorney, all expenses in mid Estate are shown paid in full, including funeral and
<br />undertaking charges, expenses of last illness and claims, and costs of administration. That the
<br />partial account and final accounts of the Executor are correct and true in every respect and should
<br />be approved and allowed, and that upon the Executor filing proper voucher showing balance of fees
<br />paid to Executor and Estate Attorney, said Executor sha.uld be discharged from his further duties
<br />and responsibilities and his Bond released and said Estate fully closed.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the persons named in paragraph eight,
