<br />State of Nebraska, during her life. The intention being for her to have all such net income each
<br />year after expenses for repairs, taxes and insurance have been paid out of such _rentals or income
<br />from said farm.
<br />Subject to the above bequest to Cynthia A.Devereaux, I give, devise and bequeath,; my entire estate
<br />to my children and grandchildren in the following manner:
<br />One- eighth to Jennie M.Bowman, daughter, one - eighth to Pulliam D.Devereaux,Jr.,son; one - eighth to
<br />Grace E.Stone, daughter; one- eight, to Bertha E.Owen, daughter; one -eight to Lotta A.Reichstein,
<br />daughter; one -eight to George E.Devereaux, son; one - eighth to Ruth E.McGrath,daughter, and one -
<br />eighth to be divided equally share and share alike between my son Ralph W.Deverea.ux, and his three
<br />children, Fay Devereaux, Max Devereaux and Lois Devereaux.
<br />Lastly, I make,constitute and, appoint my son William D.Devereaux,Jr., to be Executor, of this my
<br />last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
<br />In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 12th day of March,
<br />in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

<br />This instrument was on the day of the date thereof, signed, published and delivered by the said
<br />testator William D.Devereaux, to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his
<br />request have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses in his presence and in the presence of each

<br />In the Matter of the Estate of William D.Devereaux, Deceased.
<br />I, W.Halsey Bohlke, County Judge in and for said County, do hereby certify that on this 13th day
<br />of February, A.D., 1936, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of the said
<br />William D.Devereaux, deceased, which was filed in this Court, on the 27th day of January,A.D.1936,
<br />and being the instrument to which this is annexed, was duly proved, approved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last Will and Testament of the said William D.Devereaux, deceased, in and for the State of
<br />Nebraska; and it was ordered to be recorded in the records of the County Court aforesaid. In wit-
<br />ness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and the Seal of said County Court, at Hastings, this

<br />5. That on February 13, 1936, an order was entered directing that Letters Testamentary issue to
<br />William D.Devereaux,Jr., upon his taking and filing oath required by law, and the filing of Bond
<br />as required, to be approved by the Court. That on February 13, 1936, said William D.Devereaux,Jr.
<br />qualified as such Executor, by filing his said Oath and Bond, whereupon Letters Testamentary were
<br />issued to him on February 131 1936, and ever since said date has been the duly appointed, qualified
<br />and acting Executor of said Estate.
<br />6. That on February 13, 1936, an Order was duly entered by the Court fixing the 16th day of March,
<br />1936, at 10 :00 o'clock A.M., and the 20th day of June, 1936, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. at the County
<br />Court Room in Hastings, Nebraska, as the time and place of hearing on claims against said Estate,
<br />and that all claims must be filed in said Court on or before said last mentioned date or be forever
<br />barred. That notice thereof was duly given to all creditors of said estate by publication accord-
<br />ing to law, and proof of publication is on file herein.
<br />7. That the time limited for filing said claims has long since expired, and all claims filed have
<br />been paid in full and fully receipted for. That all claims not filed within the time limited for
<br />the same should be forever barred.
<br />8. That said William D.Devereaux, left surviving him as his sole and only beneficiaries and devisees
<br />under his Will;

<br />Jennie M.Baumann, daughter, who is the same identical person as Jennie M.Bowman, daughter lamed in Will
<br />William D.Devereaux,Jr. son,
<br />Grace E.Dinsmore, daughter, being the same identical person as Grace E.Stone, daughter,named in Will.
<br />Bertha E.Owen, daughter
<br />Lotta. A.Reichstein, daughter
<br />George E.Devereaux, son
<br />Ruth E.McGrath,daughter
<br />Ralph W.Devereaux, son, and his three children, -Max Devereaux,Fay, who is now Fay Devereaux Barrett;
<br />Lois, w` I now Lois Devereaux Wood; the address of said Ralph W.Devereaux,son is mentioned
<br />in thd.,pro to as being unknown since the year 1920, but is now found to be San Antonio,
<br />Texas, c/o Missouri Pacific Lines, Dining Car Service Not & M RR -ICN Commissary.
<br />9. That the property and assets of said Estate is that which is listed in the Inventory and Supplemen-
<br />tal Inventory, and has been fully distributed in accordance with the terms of the Will and has here-
<br />inafter set forth.
<br />10. By the terms of the Will, the widow, Cynthia A.Devereaux, is bequeathed the entire net income
<br />and rentals from Northeast Quarter (NE-) of Section Twenty -six (26), Township Nine (9) North,Range
<br />Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, the intention being for her to have all
<br />such net income each year after expenses for repairs, taxes and insurance have been paid out of such
<br />rentals or income from said farm, and there is now on file herein the receipt of said Cynthia, A.
<br />Devereaux,widorr, acknowledging receipt by her of all property and share of estate and benefits of
<br />every nature coming to her in said estate, excgpt that part of said bequest which is to be fulfilled
