<br />SIXTH: The Court further finds that on the 10th day of March, 1935, the said Herbert F.Mayer as
<br />administrator with will annexed, filed in court his inventory of the property of said estate, and
<br />that according to said inventory the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described
<br />property to -wit:
<br />Fractional Lot Eight (5) in Fractional Block One Hundred Forty -four (144) of Union Pacific Railway
<br />Company,(!s Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, and its complement Fractional Lot
<br />Nine in Fractional Block Twenty -nine (29) of Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Lots Twenty -three (23) Twenty -four (24), Twenty-five (25) and Twenty -six (26) in Block Five (5) of
<br />Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Lot Fifteen (15) in Block Two (2) in-Dill & Huston's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />according to the recorded plat thereof.
<br />Certificate of Deposit No. 129524, First National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, due October 26,
<br />19351 $l,000.00.
<br />Certificate of Deposit No. 129525, First National Bank of Grand Island,Nebraska, due October 26,
<br />1935, $1,000.00.
<br />Certificate of Deposit No. 129534, First National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, due October 25,
<br />1935, $500.00.
<br />Demand Certificate of Deposit No. 25676, First National Bark of Grand Island,Nebraska, $500.00.
<br />Balance on checking account First National Bank of Grand Island,Nebraska, $300.61. -
<br />Personal property consisting of furniture and household goods.
<br />SEVENTH: The Court further finds that according to the terms and provisions of said last will and
<br />testament, said property descends as follows, to -wit: To Emil Jorgensen, Anna Scherz, Margaretha
<br />Stupick and Phoebe Titholm, each an undivided one - fourth interest, share and share alike.
<br />EIGHTH: The Court further finds that on the 21st day of September 1935, an order of this Court
<br />was made barring all claims not filed against said estate; that all just debts and claims against
<br />said estate and the costs of administration in said estate have been paid and that there remains
<br />money in the hands of the said Herbert F.Mayer, administrator with will annexed, the sum of
<br />$4,943.16 and the following are the persons entitled to receive the same and the amounts to which
<br />each one is entitled.

<br />Anna Scherz 1235.79
<br />Phoebe Titholm 1235.79
<br />Margaretha Stupick 1235.79
<br />NINTH: The Court further finds that after deducting from the assets of said estate, all debts,
<br />claims, costs of administration, other proper expenditures and the statutory exemptions allowed
<br />the legatees and devisees in said estate, that there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and to the Treasurer of the United States of America, no inheritance tax
<br />whatsoever herein.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED.. AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Herbert F.Mayer
<br />as administrator with will annexed in said estate be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as
<br />such; further that Emil Jorgensen, Annie Scherz, Phoebe Titholm and Margaretha Stupick are all and
<br />the only legatees and devisees of said deceased, and that the property described in paragraph Sixth
<br />hereof descends according to the terms and provisions of said last will and testament and the find-
<br />ing of this Court in paragraph Seventh of this decree; further that the said Herbert F.Mayer be and
<br />he is hereby authorized and directed to pay to the respective parties set out in paragraph Eighth
<br />hereof the amounts to which each is entitled as per finding of this Court in said paragraph; that
<br />Anna Scherz is-sometimes known as Annie Scherz and is also sometimes known as Anna Schatz, but that
<br />she is one and the same person and is the niece of bald Marie Wilke, deceased; that Margaretha
<br />Stupick is also sometimes known as Margaret Stupek, but that she is one and the same person and is
<br />the niece of said Marie Wilke; deceased; further that upon the filing in this court of proper re-
<br />ceipts showing that the parties set out in paragraph Eighth hereof had each received their dis-
<br />tributive share as Found in said paragraph, that an order of discharge be issued to the said Her-
<br />bert F.Mayer, administrator with the will angexed.herein out of and under seal of this Court.
