<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify
<br />that I have compared the foregoing copy of Decree entered IN THE MATTER OF
<br />THE ESTATE OF WALTER PDXILKE, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court,
<br />that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said
<br />Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no
<br />Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said

<br />COUNTY OF HALL 3 the 26th day of October, 1935.
<br />Present: Paul N.Kirk, County Judge.
<br />BE IT REMEMEBERED, that on the 3rd day of October, 1935, Herbert F.Mayer, as administrator with
<br />the Will Annexed, filed in this Court his final account as.such administrator and a petition pray-
<br />ing that said account be allowed; for a decree of heirship, an order of distribution, a final
<br />settlement thereon and discharge.
<br />For these purposes, the 26th day of October, 1935, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court room in
<br />said County, was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and allowing
<br />said account; it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given to all persons
<br />interested in said estate by publishing a notice of said order in the Grand Island Independent, a
<br />legal newspaper.printed in said County for three weeks prior to said day of hearing; and it appears
<br />by proof on file that said notec was given three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing as
<br />ordered by the Court.
<br />Upon an examination of the record and the evidence in this matter, and being duly advised in the
<br />premises, the Court finds as follows:
<br />FIRST: That Marie Wilke departed this life on the 6th day of February, 1935, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, testate, and at the time of her death, she was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />that the said deceased left a last will and testament which was filed in this court for probate
<br />on the 10th day of February, 1935.
<br />SECOND: That no executor was nominated in said last will and testament and that the following are
<br />the legatees, devisees and heirs at law named therein; Emil Jorgenson, a nephew, Anna Scherz,
<br />Margaretha Stupick and Phoebe Titholm, nieces, all over the age of 21 years.
<br />THIRD: That on the 10th day of February, 1935, Anna Scherz, as Anna Schatz, one of the heirs and
<br />legatees named in said will, filed in this Court a petition for the probate of said last will and
<br />testament and the appointment of Herbert F.Mayer as administrator with said will annexed; that on
<br />the 10th day of February 1938, an order of this court was made therein, assigning the 5th day of
<br />March, A.D., 1935, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court room in said County as the time and place
<br />for hearing said petition, and ordering that notice be given to all persons interested in said matter,
