<br />An Undivided Four - fifteenth (4/15) interest in and to the following real estate, viz: The North
<br />Half of the Northeest (N�NE4) Quarter of Section Twenty -three (23) and the East Half of the South-
<br />east Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (EjSEjNW1) of Section Thirty -five (35) all in Township Ten
<br />(10) North,Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />and that under and by virtue of the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska said real estate passed
<br />and descended in absolute title to August A.Krull, John H.Krull, Ida Krull Fulmer and Gladys Stros-
<br />hein, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the Final Report of August A.
<br />Krull, administrator of the estate of Frank P.Krull, deceased, be and the same hereby is in all
<br />things approved and allowed as and for the final report of said administrator and said estate is
<br />hereby settled and closed and said administrator discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all claims against said estate have
<br />been paid., and due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by
<br />the Court for the filing of claims against said estate, and that the time so fixed fur filing
<br />claims has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate, not filed herein,
<br />if any such there be, are forever barred, a Woined' and excluded from setting up or asserting any
<br />such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that under and by virtue of the laws of
<br />descent of the State of Nebraska, the absolute title to the following described real estate, to -wit:
