<br />Albert Benson as Trustee with power and direction to sell the same and from the proceeds thereof
<br />to pay debts, funeral expenses and costs of probating this estate and the balance, if any, to be
<br />before the said Lydia B.Benson died, and that said premises were not sold nor any distribution made
<br />during the life time of the said Lydia B.Benson.
<br />NINTH.
<br />The Court further finds that the said William Albert Benson, Ida May Sparks, Myrle Sallinger and
<br />William H.Benson have sold, assigned and quit claimed all their right, title and interest in said
<br />Lot Six (6) in Block Eleven (11) Packer and Barr's Addition to Grand Island, to the said Cora May
<br />Bush. TENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that all debts and claims against said estate, costs of said administration,
<br />executor's fees and attorney's fees, have been paid and that any claims not filed against this estate
<br />are forever barred and enjoined from being asserted against this.estate or any part thereof.
<br />ELEVENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that Lydia B.Benson departed this life on the 17th day of October, 1937,
<br />in said Hall County; the Court further finds that the children of the said William Albert Benson
<br />are William H.Benson, Orville Benson, Ira Benson, Howard Benson and Lydia Bosselman.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AI4D DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the administra-
<br />trix with the will annexed of this estate is hereby approved and allowed as such; that the property
<br />described herein, to -wit: The South Half of the East Half of the Southeast quarter (S2E2SEJ) of
<br />Section Twenty -eight (28), Township Ten (10) North,Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M., descended
<br />to William H.Benson, Orville Benson, Ira Benson, Howard Benson and Lydia Bosselman, children of
<br />William Albert Benson, in fee simple absolute, share and share alike, subject, however, to the life
<br />estate of said Lydia B.Benson and subject to the life estate of the said William Albert Benson, and
<br />that an order of discharge be made and the same is hereby issued to Cora May Bush and discharging
<br />her and her surety from further duties or liability in this cause out of and under seal of this
<br />Court and it is ordered that this case be closed and this final decree be entered in the probate
<br />records in this Court.
