V <br />That on the 24th day of October, 1929, an order of this Court was made allowing creditors three <br />months from the 19th day of November, 1929, in which to file their claims and that a hearing would <br />be had in the County Court-Room of this Court on the 20th day of February, 1930, at 9 o'clock A.M. <br />on the claims filed against said estate and further ordering that a nmtice of the same be published <br />in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulating under the laws of Ne- <br />braska, three successive weeks prior to said 19th day of February, 1930, and it appears by proof <br />on file that notice of said order was published as directed by this Court. <br />SIXTH. <br />That thereupon on the 14th day of February, 1930, said Cora May Bush filed her inventory of the <br />property of said estate and according to the same the deceased died siezed and possessed of Lot <br />Six (6) in Block Eleven (11) in Packer and Barr's Addition to Grand Island,also the South Half of <br />the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (SzEl EJ) of Section Twenty -eight (25),Township Ten (10) <br />North,Range Nine (9) West ,6th P.M. all in said Hall County. <br />SEVENTH. <br />The Court further finds that according to the terms of said will, the South Half of the East Half <br />of the Southeast Quarter (S*E2SE4) of Section Twenty -eight (25), Township Ten (10) North,Range Nine <br />(9),West of 6th P.M. was devised to Lydia B.Benson, wife of testator for and during her natural life <br />and at her death said premises descended to William Albert Benson for and during the term of his <br />natural life and at his death unto his children and their heirs by right of representation, in fee <br />simple absolute, share and share alike; that the rest and residue of said estate, to -wit: Lot Six <br />(6) in Block Eleven (11) Packer and Barr's Addition to Grand Island, was devised to the said William <br />
