<br />At a session of the County Court held this -13th day of October, 1935,
<br />BE IT REMEMEBERED that on the 16th day of September, 1935, Cora Bush, administrattix with the will
<br />annexed of the estate of Alonzo J.Benson, deceased, filed in this court her final account as such
<br />administratrix, with a petition praying that said account may be allowed and final settlement there-
<br />in made and for her discharge.
<br />For these purposes, the 13th day of October, 1935, at 10 o'clock A.M. in the County Court Room of
<br />said County was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and allowing
<br />said account;: and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate by publishing a notice of said order in the Grand Island Indepen-
<br />dent, a legal newspaper printed and published in said County for three successive weeks prior to
<br />said day of hearing; and it appears by proof on file that said notice was given.as 'ordered by'this
<br />Court.
<br />Upon examination of the records and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br />premises, the Court finds as follows;
<br />FIRST ;
<br />That Alonzo J.Benson departed this life on the 22nd day of September, 1929, in Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, testate, e.nd at the time of his death he was a resident of said Hall County, and
<br />that the deceased left a last will dated February 21, 1925, which was filed in this Court.
<br />SECOND.
<br />That William Albert Benson was named executor in said will and on the 27th day of September, 1929,
<br />filed his petition in this Court praying that said instrument may be admitted to probate as the last
<br />will of the said Alonzo J.Benson; that on said date an order of this Court was made assigning the
<br />22nd day of October, 1929, at 10 o'clock A.M. in the County Court Room in said County as the time
<br />and place for hearing said petition and ordering that notice be given to all persons therein in-
