<br />described, and the balance of the personal property left after payment of all debts as shown by
<br />the-administrator's final report;
<br />That said estate has been appraised and found to be exempt from the payment of all inheritance tax,
<br />either to the State of Nebraska or the United States government; and
<br />That the final report filed herein by Charles W.Kelley, administrator with will annexed of said
<br />estate, should be approved and allowed as and for his final report.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate not filed within the time provided by order of this court, if any such there be, are
<br />hereby forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate hereinbefore described
<br />did pass and descend to the eight children, namely: Charles William Kelley, a son of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska; Loye Edward Kelley, a son of Broken Bow, Nebraska; Dora May Crapscy, a daughter of Glen
<br />Rock, Wyoming; Alice Priscilla Rapp, a daughter of Ansley, Nebraska; Isaac Ralph Kelley, a son of
<br />Grand Island,Nebraska; Annie Gladys Juker, a daughter of Berwyn, Nebraska; Hattie Minerva Longfellow
<br />a daughter of Merna, Nebraska; and Violet Beatrice Deeds, a daughter of Grand Island,Nebraska, in
<br />equal shares, each taking an undivided one - eighth part therein, in fee simple title, and distrib-
<br />ution thereof is accordingly made.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report filed herein by
<br />Charles W.Kelley, administrator with will annexed, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed
<br />as and for his final report, said estate settled and closed, and said administrator with will
<br />annexed discharged and his bond released from any further liability in said estate, when he has
<br />made distribution to the heirs at law, the remaining cash in the amount of $560.40 and filed
<br />his receipts in this office.
