That on the 19th day of November, <br />is attached were duly proved, probated and allowed <br />to of the real and personal estate of said Owen <br />Mullen deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 19th <br />day of November, 1937. <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D NOV. 19 1937 PAUL N.KIRK COUNTY JUDGE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the Matter of the Estate ) <br />Of ) FINAL DECREE. <br />Owen Mullen, Deceased. ) <br />Now on this 24th day of September, 1938, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of <br />Edward Mullen, executor of the Last Will and Testament of Owen Mullen, deceased, and upon his <br />petition for settlement of said estate, and the Court having examined the records and files and <br />being duly advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons <br />interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said Final Report as here- <br />tofore ordered by the Court. <br />And no one appearing to object to said report the Court examined the same together with vouchers on <br />file and the testimony offered in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises finds <br />that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be allowed and approved <br />as and for the Final Report of said executor. <br />The Court further finds that the said Owen Mullen departed this life •testate on the 16th day of <br />October, 1937, and at the time of his death the said Owen Mullen was a resident and inhabitant of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that on the 21st day of October, 193.7, Edward Mullen, one 6f the sons of <br />the said Owen Mullen, deceased, filed in this Court his duly verified petition praying for the <br />allowance and probate of instruments p 2porting to.be the Last Will and Testament and Codicil <br />thereto of the said Owen Mullen, deceased, and asking that Edward Mullen be appointed executor <br />in accordance with the terms of said Last Will and Testament; that the Court thereupon fixed the <br />
