<br />WILL AND DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF OWEN MULLEN
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN:
<br />I. Owen Mullen of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory and considering
<br />the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore, make, ordain, publish and declare
<br />this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I order and direct that my executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral expenses,
<br />including the bills contracted during my last sickness, if any, as soon after my decease as con-
<br />veniently may be.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I further direct that my executor shall pay to the Treasurer of Saint Maryts Cemetery at Wood River,
<br />Nebraska, the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, interest therefrom to be used by said Treasurer
<br />in the upkeep of my cemetery lot located in said cemetery.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my grandson, Walter Mullen, my residence property located in the
<br />village of Wood River, Nebraska, and more particularly described as Lots One (1) and Two (2) Block
<br />Sixteen (16) of the Original Town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I further give, devise and bequeath to my daughter -in -law, Nellie Mullen, the East Half of the
