Clerk of the County Court <br />Register of Deeds <br />0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0- <br />FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF BUFFALO COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the Fatter of the Estate ) <br />) FINAL DECREE. <br />of Henry A.Peterson, Deceased) <br />Now on this 4th day of October, 1937, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Clara <br />D.Peterson, administratrix of the estate of Henry A.Peterson, deceased, <br />And it appearing to the satisfaction of the court from the proofs now on file, that notice was given <br />to all persons interested, of the filing of said report and of the time fixed for final settlement <br />of said estate, by publication, and that no one has appeared to object to the allowance of said re- <br />port, <br />After full examination thereof, the court finds that said report is correct and ought to be allowed; <br />that the administratrix has accounted for all of said estate which came into her possession, and <br />that there remains no money or other property in her hands for distribution, or belonging to said <br />estate. <br />The court further finds that the creditors of the said Henry A.Peterson, deceased, were duly notified, <br />by publication, as required by law, as to the time limited and place appointed for filing claims <br />against said estate; that said time expired on November 15, 1933, and that any claims outstanding <br />against said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred and precluded. <br />The court further finds that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and <br />settled; that the funal expense and,the expense of the last illness, and the court costs in said <br />estate have been paid by the administratrix, that there is due the said administratrix from said <br />estate, for money advanced, the sum of fifty -two and 26/100 ($56.26) dollars; that there is due <br />B.J.Cunningham attorney, for attorney fees and services rendered and cash advanced, the sum of one <br />hundred ninety -five dollars (0195.00) and that the said Clara D.Peterson and B.J.Cunningham have a <br />lien against the real estate, to -wit: Lot three (3) in block one hundred thirty (130) of Koenig & <br />Wiebe's Addition to the city of Grand Island, for the payment of the amounts due them as above <br />set forth. <br />The court further finds that the said Henry A.Peterson departed this life on the 19th day of June, <br />1933; that he was a resident of Buffalo County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate, leaving sur- <br />viving him as his heirs at law and only heirs at law the following named persons, to -wit: <br />Clara D.Peterson, his widow, residing at Kearney, Nebraska, <br />Carl H.Peterson, his son, residing at Santa Ana, California; <br />that the said Carl H.Peterson was of legal age, and that the said Henry A.Peterson left no other <br />heirs at law surviving him. <br />The court further finds that the said Henry A.Peterson was, at the time of his death, the owner of <br />the following described premises, to -wit: lot three (3) in block 130 of Koenig & Wiebe's Addition <br />to the city of Grand Island,Nebraska, and that under the law of descent of the state of Nebraskaa#, <br />
