183 No. 7 HALL COUNTY That all of the costs and expenses of administration have been paid in full, and that all of the special bequests provided for in the last will of the deceased have been paid in full. The court finds that said Mark G.Lee was a widower at the time of his death, and that he left as his sole and only heirs at law, his daughters, Blanche Lee Smith, Addis' W.McLeod, Vivian Lee'Hackman, and Marie Lee Robbins, and his son, Mark H.Lee, all of full legal age, and no others. That said heirs at law are the sole and only beneficiaries of said estate. The court further finds that the deceased left the personal property as described in the inventory herein, and all of which has been properly accounted for by the executors. That the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described real estate: The South One -Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, and the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, in Township 9, North,Range 12, consisting of 60 acres; Lots 1 and 2 in the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, in Township 9, North,Range 12, consisting of 104 acres; Lot 6, an island, in Section 29, Township 9, North,Range 12, consisting of 36.05 acres; and The West One -Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, in Township 9, North,Range 12, consisting of SO acres. All of the above lands being west of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Hall County, Nebraska. And the following described real estate, all located West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Buffalo County, Nebraska. Lot 5 and the Southeast quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 9, North,Range 13, consisting of 101.20 acres; The North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, in Township 9, North,Range 13; The Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 10, North,Range 13; The Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 10, North,Range 13; The Northeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 10, North,Range 13; The Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 10, North,Range 13; The East Half of the Northeast Quarter and Lot 4 of Section 28, Township 9, North,Range 13, con - sisting of 111.80 acres; The North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 9, North, Range 13; and Lots 7, 8, and 9, Block 3, in First Addition to Shelton, Buffalo County, Nebraska. The court finds that all of the remaining personal property and all of the above described real estate does pass and descend in accordance with the terms of the last will and testament and codicil of said deceased, and to the above named heirs, in equal shares, as tenants in common. IT IS THEREFORE considered, adjudged, and decreed by the court that Mark G.Lee died as above set forth. That his last will and testament and codicil thereto have been duly proved, allowed, and admitted to nrobate, and that all of the real estate above described and all of the remaining personal property does pass and descend in accordance with the terms and provisions thereof to Blanche Lee Smith, Addie W.McLeod, Vivian Lee Hackman, Marie Lee Robbins, and dark H.Lee in equal shares, and that said beneficiaries are the sole and only heirs at law of the deceased. That all claims and all of the costs and expenses of administration, and all special bequests have been paid in full, and that any claims not filed are forever barred. That inheritance taxes have been duly assessed and paid in full; that said estate is not subject to estate taxes, under the laws of the State of Nebraska; that said estate is subject to estate taxes under the acts of Con- gress,: and that said taxes have been paid. That the executors have fully accounted for all of the estate property coming into their hands, and they are therefore discharged from their trust and their bond released.
