<br />codicil of Mark G.Lee deceased and the same was duly filed and entered upon the probate records of

<br />Mark G.Lee, Deceased
<br />Now on this 15th day of September, 1938, this cause came on for final hearing. The court finds
<br />that due and legal notice of the time, place, and purpose of this hearing has been given to all
<br />persons interested, in the manner provided by law, and that this cause is mw properly before the
<br />court for final hearing.
<br />The court finds that Mark G.Lee, who was also sometimes known as MX.K Lee and M.G.Lee, died, testate
<br />a resident of Buffalo County, Nebraska, on the 31st day of January, 1938. That by proceedings duly
<br />instituted in this court his last will and codicil thereto were duly approved, allowed, and admitted
<br />to probate. That Mark H.Lee, Blanche Lee Smith, and Rudolph W.McLeod were duly appointed and qual-
<br />ified as executors thereof. That they have properly discharged their duties as such and are now
<br />entitled to be discharged.
<br />The court finds that due and legal notice was given to all creditors of said estate, in the manner
<br />provided by law, and in conformity with the prior order of this court. That all claims filed and
<br />allowed have been paid in full, that no claims remain undetermined, and that an order has been here-
<br />tofore entered herein barring any claims not filed.
<br />That an order has been heretofore entered determining and fixing the inheritance tax liability of
<br />the individual beneficiaries of said estate, and that said inheritance tax has been paid in full,
<br />receipts for which are on file in this court. That there is no estate tax due to the State of
<br />Nebraska, under the provisions of Article 23 of Chapter 77 of the 1929 Statutes, as amended. That
<br />said estate is subject to estate taxes under the acts of Congress, and said tax has been paid to
<br />the Collector of Internal Revenue, at Omaha, Nebraska, and his receipt for the same is on file herein.
