<br />No. 7 HALL COUNTY
<br />Marie Lee Robbins, by virtue of any trust deed or other instrument that may be executed by her,
<br />or under or by virtue of any insolvency or bankruptcy law, state or national.
<br />Upon the death of the said Marie Lee Robbins, I hereby give, devise and bequeath the corpus of
<br />said trust estate to the surviving children of the said Marie Lee Robbins, and to the child or
<br />children of-any deceased child, in equal shares, per stirpes, and not per capita.
<br />NINTH.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint the said Mark H.Lee, Blanche Lee Smith, and Rudolph W.McLeod, as
<br />executors of this will, and direct that the said Mark H.Lee shall act as chairman, Rudolph W.McLeod
<br />as secretary, and Blanche Lee Smith, as treasurer, The treasurer shall give a reasonable bond to
<br />be fixed by the probate court, the premium thereon, if any, to be paid by my estate; the said execu-
<br />tors shall serve without compensation, but their actual expenses shall be paid by my estate, except
<br />that the executor acting as secretary may be allowed fifty cents per hour for time necessarily spent
<br />in clerical work pertaining to my estate. Any two of the said executors, or their duly appointed
<br />successors, shall have full authority to do any and all things pertaining to the administration of
<br />my estate, and the said executors, or any two of them, shall have full and complete authority to
<br />sell, transfer, and convey all, or any part, of my real estate, either for the purpose of paying
<br />my indebtedness and the legacies hereinbefore s-et forth, or for the purpose of distribution of the
<br />proceeds of such sale among the persons entitled thereto, for the purpose of investing or re- invest-
<br />ing said proceeds, or for any other legal and proper purpose, empowering them to execute any and
<br />all constracts, deeds, and other instruments relating thereto.
<br />TETTH.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made. r

<br />We, whose names are hereunto subscribed, do hereby certify that Mark G.Lee, the testator, subscribed
<br />his name to the foregoing instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us, and, at
<br />the same time and in our presence and hearing, declared the same to be his last will and testament,
<br />and we, at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto sub-
<br />scribed our names as attesting witnesses.

<br />CODICIL
<br />I, Mark G.Lee, of Shelton, Buffalo County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory,
<br />do hereby make and publish this codicil to my last will and testament executed on February 23,
<br />1933, as follows:
<br />FIRST
<br />I do hereby confirm and re- publish all of the terms of the said last will and testament except
<br />as the same are hereby rescinded, modified or in any wise altered.
<br />SECOND
<br />I do hereby rescind and annul the fifth and eighth paragraphs of the said last will and testament
<br />and in lieu thereof do hereby give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Marie Lee Robbins of
<br />Hastings, Iowa the sum of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($4700.), in addition to the
<br />share of residue as hereinafter provided.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I do hereby amend the sixth paragraph of said last will and testament by substituting my said
<br />daughter Marie Lee Robbins instead of Rudolph W.McLeod and Mark H.Lee as trustees, the intention
