<br />ship eleven (11),North, of Range eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, contain-
<br />ing 320 acres, a little more or less, became a part of the testator's residuary estate and was
<br />devised to his widow,Mary E.Peters, in absolute fee simple title;
<br />That notice to all persons has been given of the time and place of filing claims against said estate
<br />and said time having fully expired, all persons having claims against said estate not filed within
<br />the time provided by order of this court, if any such there be, should be forever barred and ex-
<br />cluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate;
<br />That said estate was appraised to determine inheritance tax due, if any, and it was found that said
<br />estate situate in the State of Nebraska devised to the said Mary E.Peters, widow of testator, is
<br />subject to the payment of the inheritance tax of $100.50 which has been fully paid to Hall County
<br />and Custer County in their respective shares;
<br />That the final report filed herein by B.J.Cunningham, administrator with will annexed, should be
<br />approved and allowed as and for his final report, said estate settled and closed and said adminis-
<br />trator with will annexed discharged and his bond released from any further liability in said estate.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the ebtAte of John Peters, deceaaedp "in the state of Nebraska, not filed within the time provided
<br />by order of this court, if any such there be, are hereby forever barred and excluded from setting
<br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report filed herein by
<br />B.J.Cunningham, administrator with will annexed,.be and the same is hereby approved and allowed
<br />as and for said administrator's final account, said estate settled and closed and said administrator
<br />discharged and released from any further liability in said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate, hereinbefore des-
<br />cribed, and devised to Frank Peters, a brother of La Platte, Nebraska, in trust for the benefit and
<br />use of Ellen Anderson, a sister of Denver, Colorado, and to Mary E.Peters, widow, under the terms
<br />and provisions of paragraphs Two and Four of said will, be and the same is hereby assigned to the
<br />respective beneficiaries as hereinbefore found by the court, and distribution thereof is hereby
<br />accordingly made.

<br />John Peters, deceased, originally admitted to probate in the county court of Denver County, State
<br />of Colorado, and admitted in this court as a foreign will; Certificate of Probate thereof in this
<br />court and final decree, -with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the
<br />same is correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is
<br />a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk author-
<br />ized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of
<br />the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
