FINAL DECREE -
r
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
In the matter of the estate )
of Charles B.Norris, ) FINAL DECREE.
Deceased. )
Now on this 6th day of February, 1915, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
, Harriet L.Norris, executrix of the last will and testament of said Charles B.Norris, deceased,
and the Court having examined the records and files, finds that due and legal notice has been
given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place tied for the hearing upon
said.,report, and the Court having examined said report, and the vouchers on file, finds that said
report is correct in all things, and that same ought to be allowed as and for the final report
of said Executrix.
The Court further finds that said Executrix has fully accounted for all property belonging to
said estate and coming into her possession; that all debts against said estate, the funeral
expenses of said deceased, and the costs of administration, have been fully paid, and there remains
nothing in the hands of said Executrix belonging to said estate.
The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
place fixed for presenting claims against said estate, and that the time so fixed has fully
expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there be, are forever
barred and excluded from setting up or asserting such claims.
The Court further finds that the said Charles B.Norris departed this life testate on the 25th day
Of July; 19171 and that at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
Nebraska; that on the 13th day of August, 1917, the last will and testament of the said Charles B.
Norris was duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this court, and that Harriet J.Norris,
widow of the said Charles B.Norris, deceased, is the sole legatee and devisee under the last will.
