<br />testament, and codicils thereto, the certificate of probate and final decree in the matter of the
<br />estate of Sophia Bockmann, deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court,
<br />that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said
<br />Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said. Court has no
<br />Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />RICHARD D.WESTPHAL, DECEASED )
<br />NOW, on this 9th day of March, 1937, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by Henry Westphal, executor of theestate of Richard D.Westphal, deceased, together with
<br />his petition for the approval and allowance of this report, settlement of said estate, and his
<br />discharge herein. And the court, having examined said report, together with the vouchers attached
<br />thereto, and being fully advised to the premises, finds as follows:
<br />That the said Richard D.Westphal departed this life on the first day of October, 1935, a resident
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, leaving a last will and testament which was admitted to probate in this
<br />court on the 20th day of November, 1935, and Henry Westphal named executor therein qualified as
<br />such.
<br />That notice was given to all persons having claims against said estate, and time for filing said
<br />claims having fully expired, all persons having claims against said estate not filed within the
<br />time provided by order of the court, if ary such there be, should be forever barred from setting
<br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />That said decedent departed this life leaving as his heirs at law devisees, legatees, and only
<br />persons entitled to participate in the assets of said estate, his widow, Gertrude Westphal of
<br />Grand Island,Nebraska, Roy H.Westphal, a son of Grand Island, Nebraska, Melvin H.Westphal, a son
<br />of North Platte, Nebraska, and Wauneta H.Westphal, a minor daughter of Kansas City, Missouri,
<br />That said decedent departed this life the owner of an estate consisting of both real and personal
<br />property. The personal property being rents collected from real estate amounting to $362.50
<br />was fully expended in administering this estate, and that the real estate described as Lot Five
<br />(5), Block nineteen (19), Clarks Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, did
<br />pass and descend, under the terms and provisions of said will, to'his vridow, Gertrude Westphal,
<br />for and during; the term of her natural life, or until she remarries, with a remainder over to
<br />Roy H.Westphal, Melvin H.Westphal, and Wauneta H.Westphal, equally, share and share alike.
<br />That said estate has been appraised and is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax,
<br />either by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska or the United States government, and that
