<br />CODICIL
<br />This odicil is hereby made by me as a part of my will dated the 7th day of November, 1935, and the
<br />codicil which I made on the 1st day of August, 1936, and I hereby ratify the codicil which I made on
<br />said lst day of August, 1936, save and excepting the changes therein as hereinafter set forth that
<br />is to say, I hereby revoke the legacy of $1,000.00 which I heretofore have given my daughter Katie
<br />Baasch and I also revoke the part referring to the promissory note of my son -in -law Ernest H.Baasch
<br />and in lieu thereof, I provide and give my daughter Katie $100.00 and no more; and I provide that
<br />my son -in -law, Ernest H.Baasch shall pay whatever he may owe me at the time of my death as shown
<br />by the note which I hold against hire, with Interest as provided in said note.
<br />I hereby revoke all legacies and provisions made to and for my daughter Dora Wiese out of my estate
<br />and give and bequeath the residue of my estate to my three sons, namely, James Bockmann, Theodore
<br />Bockmann and George Bockmann, share and share alike and to their heirs forever.
<br />Done this 17th day of December, 1937.

<br />The foregoing codicil was at the date thereof signed, sealed, published and declared by said testa-
<br />trix for and as a codicil to her last will in our presence and we in her presence and at her special
<br />request and in the presence of one another have signed our names as witnesses hereto.

<br />Sophia Bockmann, also known
<br />as Sophie Bockmann, deceased.
<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 27th
<br />day of January, 1938, the instruments purporting to be the last will and testament and codicils there-
<br />to of Sophia Bockmann, also known as Sophie Bockmann, deceased, were filed for probate in this Court.
<br />That on the 23rd day of March, 1939, zaid instruments to which this certificate is attached were
<br />duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament and codicils of the real and per-
<br />sonal estate of said Sophia Bockmann, also known as Sophie Bockmann, deceased, and the same were
<br />ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 23rd day
<br />of March, 1938.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />T'_at on the 23rd day of March, 1938, an order of this court was made allowing creditors three months
<br />from the 20th day of April, 1938, in which to file their claims and that a hearing would be had in
<br />the County Court Room of said County on the 20th day of July, 1935, at 9 o'clock A.M. on the claims
<br />filed against said estate and further ordering that a notice of the same be published in the Grand
<br />Island Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulating in said Hall County, three successive

<br />That upon giving said bond on
<br />the part of said James Bockmann and Theodore
<br />Bockmann, said bond was
<br />approved; said James Bockmann
<br />and said Theodore Bockmann filed their oaths
<br />as executors and thereupon
<br />duly entered upon the duties
<br />of said office and are now the duly appointed,
<br />qualified and acting
<br />executors of said estate.
