<br />Upon an examination of the record and the evidence of this matter and being duly advised in the
<br />premises, the Court finds as follows:
<br />FIRST.
<br />two codicils together, constitute the last will and testament of the said Sophia Bockmann.
<br />SECOND.
<br />That Janes Bockmann, also known as Jim Bockmann, and Theodore Bockmann were nominated executors of
<br />said Till with codicils and that the following are the legatees and devisees named in said instrument,
<br />to -wit: Katie Baasch, a daughter, Dora Wiese, a daughter, James Bockmann, a son, Theodore Bockmann,
<br />a son, and George Bockmann, a son.
<br />THIRD.
<br />That on the 27th day of January, 1935, said James Bockmann and Theodore Bockmann filed in.this
<br />Court their petition for the probate of said last will with said codicils thereto attached and for
<br />the appointment of themselves as executors thereof; that on the 27th day of January, 1935, an order
<br />of this Court was made assigning the 23rd day of February, 1935, at 10 o'clock A.M. in the County
<br />Court Room in said County, as the time and place for hearing said petition, and ordering that notice
<br />be given to all persons interested in said matter by publishing a notice of said order in the Grand
<br />Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said County, for three successive weeks prior to
<br />said date of hearing., and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as
<br />ordered by this Court.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 23rd day of March, 1935, said will and codicils were duly
<br />proved, anproved and allowed as the last will and testament of said Sophia Bockmann, deceased, a
<br />decree of probate was made and entered thereon and the said James Bockmann and Theodore Bockmann
<br />upon giving their bond in the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars as ordered by this Court,were appointed
<br />executors thereof. The Court further finds that the deceased, at the time of her death, was a
<br />widow and that she left-the following heirs-at-law: Katie Baaseh, Dora Wiese, James Bockmann,
<br />Theodore Bockmann and George Bockmann, her children.
<br />Said will and codicils thereto are in words and figures as follows:
<br />THE LAST WILL OF SOPHIA BOCKMANN
<br />I, Sophia Bockmann, being of sound min6 and memory, but realizing the uncertainties of this mortal
<br />life, do hereby make this my last will, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />I hereby appoint my sons James Bockmann and Theodore Bockmann, executors of this rill and provide
<br />that neither shall, be required to give surety for the faithful performance of the duties of that
<br />office.
<br />1.
<br />I hereby provide that all my just debts, expenses of last illness, burial, and the expense of pro-
<br />bating this will and administering my estate, shall be paid out of my personal property as soon as
<br />that can conveniently be done.

<br />To my dearly beloved son James Bockmann I give and devise the West Half of the South West Quarter
<br />(WiSW4) of Section Thirteen (13) Township Ten (10) North,Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M. Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, to have and to hold to him and to his heirs and assigns forever.

<br />To my dearly beloved son Theodore Bockmann, I give and devise the South Half of the North East Quarter
<br />That Sophia Bockmann, sometimes known as Sophie - Bockmann, departed this life on the 10h day
<br />of
<br />January, 1935, in Grand Island,Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, testate, and at the time of her death she
<br />was
<br />a resident of said Hall County, and
<br />that the deceased left a last will consisting of her will
<br />dated
<br />November 7, 1935, a codicil to said
<br />will executed August 1, 1936, and a codicil to said will
<br />and
<br />codicil executed December 17, 1937,
<br />which were filed in this Court. That said last will and
<br />said
<br />two codicils together, constitute the last will and testament of the said Sophia Bockmann.
