<br />Fred W.Schmidt, deceased, and that any claims not filed against this estate are hereby forever barred,

<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AP'D DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the executor
<br />in said estate be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such; further that the property
<br />described in paragraph Sixth hereof descends according to the terms and provisions of said last will
<br />and testament and the finding of this Court in pa.ragra�h Seventh of this decree; further that said

<br />I, Fred W.Schmidt, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby
<br />make this my last will and testament, revoking any and all former wills by me made, in words and
<br />figures as follows:

<br />I hereby appoint my friend Otto Schmidt, now manager of The Chicago Lumber Company at Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, executor of this will and direct that he pay all just debts including those of my illness,
<br />burial and expenses of probating this will and administering my estate.

<br />Unto my adopted daughter, Lydia Deuel, who has been making her home with me and whom I ddopted when
<br />she was eight months ol1, I give and devise my home,being Lot Twelve (12), in Block Twelve (12) of
<br />Bogg's and Hill's Addition in the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, to her and to her heirs forever,
<br />and in addition thereto I hereby bequeath unto her the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, and
<br />also her promissory note which I hold and own.

<br />The rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I hereby devise and bequeath unto my four sons Arthur
<br />A.Schmidt, Adolph Schmidt, Arnold Schmidt and Ferdinand W.Schmidt, to them and to their heirs for-
<br />ever, share and share alike.
