<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF SUSIE L.BROWN..
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That I, Susie L.Brown, being of sound mind and disposing memory, but not unmindful of the uncertain-
<br />ties of human life, do hereby make, publish and declare this, my last Will and Testament,
<br />1.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former Wills by me made.

<br />I hereby direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses and expenses of administering my estate
<br />be first paid out of my estate.

<br />I hereby devise all of the real estate of which I may die possessed of any and all natures whatso-
<br />ever and wheresoever situated to my beloved daughter, Dorothy Brown, to be hers in fee simple, and
<br />to her heirs forever; provided, however, and upon the express condition that she shall not for a
<br />period of ten (10) years after my death in any manner whatsoever mortgage, or lien, or sell or
<br />otherwise alienate said real estate, or ary part thereof.
<br />iv.
<br />I hereby bequeath unto my two daughters, Gladys Brown Welsh and Dorothy Brown, the household furni-
<br />ture and the personal effects of which I may die possessed, and to their heirs forever share and
<br />share alike.

<br />Out of the remaining personal property, of which I may die possessed, after the payment of my just
<br />debts and funeral expenses and the expenses of administering my estate, insofar as said personal
<br />property shall be sufficient to pay the same, but under no. circumstances are the said legacies to
<br />be paid out of the real estate, I bequeath the following sums:
<br />To my son, Otis Brown, One Hundred Dollars ($100.00);
<br />To my son, Clarence Brown, Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
<br />To my daughter, Gladys Brown Welsh, Five Hundred Dollars 4500-00)'
<br />To my daughter, Dorothy Brown, Twenty -five Hundred Dollars ($2500.00).
<br />In the event there shall remain any personal property after the payment of the legacies hereinbe-
<br />fore specified to be made, I hereby bequeath the same to my four children, Otis Brown, Clarence
<br />Brown, Gladys Brown Welsh and Dorothy Brown, and to their heirs forever, share and share alike.
<br />V1.
<br />In the event any one or more of my children, or their heirs, shall contest thip my last Will and
<br />Testament, then the devise or bequest made to such child or children, or the heirs of such child
<br />or children, shall be absolutely void, -and the same shall pass and descend to the child or children
<br />not contesting this Will, share and share alike.
<br />V11.
<br />I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved daughter, Dorothy Brown, to be the Executrix
<br />of this, my last Will and Testament and direct that no bond be required of her except her own per
<br />sonal recognizance.
