<br />of John J.Moore, Deceased. )
<br />Now on this 1st day of July, 1935, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of Tillie
<br />Moore, Executrix, of the Last Will and Testament of John J.Moore, deceased, and upon her petition
<br />for the allowance of the said report, the settlement of the said estate and her discharge herein,
<br />and the court having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds
<br />that due and legal notice had been given to all persons of the time and place for a hearing upon the
<br />said report as heretofore ordered by the court, and the court, having examined the said report to-
<br />gether with the receipts and files; and none appearing to object thereto, find that the said report
<br />is true and correct in all things and that the same should be approved and allowed as the final re-
<br />port of the said executrix, and the said estate settled and closed and the said executrix discharged.
<br />The court further finds that due ad legal notice had been given to all persons and the time and
<br />place fixed for filing claims against the said estate, that the time so fixed is fully expired and
<br />that all persons having claims against the said estate,if any such there be, are forever barred and
<br />excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against the said estate.
<br />The court further finds that the said executrix has paid all debts against the said estate, the cost
<br />of this proceeding and the special bequests in favor of Thomas J.Moore, Alice Moore and Nora Moore,
<br />and nothing further remains in the hands of the executrix belonging to the said estate.
<br />The court further finds that the estate of the said John J.Moore, deceased, is not subject to an
<br />inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a Federal estate tax under the laws
<br />of the United States.
<br />The court further finds that the said John J.Moore died seized as the owner, by fee simple title,
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (SWa) of Section Twenty -two (22) Township Ten (10),North,Range Twelve (12)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, and that under the terms and provisions of the
<br />Last Will and Testament of the said John J.Moore, deceased, the same passes, by absolute title,
<br />to Tillie Moore.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Tillie Moore, as executrix of the Last Will and Testament of the said John J.Moore, deceased, be,
<br />and the same hereby is approved and allowed in all things as and for her final report, said estate
<br />is hereby settled and closed and the said executrix discharged.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of the said John J.Moore, deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred and ex-
<br />eluded from setting up or asserting any such dlaims against the said estate.
<br />IT IS, FURTHER, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions of
<br />the Last Will and Testament of the said John J.Moore, deceased, the title to the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SW D of Section Twenty -two (22) Township Ten (10), North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M.
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, passes by absolute title to Tillie Moore, a #1dow and devisee of the said
<br />deceased and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
