<br />FIFTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to each of my said children, Helen Connell, George W.Bartenbach, and Henrietta
<br />Bartenbach, the sum of Two Hundred ($200) Dollars per month, such payments to commence in thirty
<br />days after my death, such payments to be made by my beloved wife, Elfrieda Bartenbach, as provided
<br />in paragraph 6 hereof.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and per-
<br />sonal, and whether nog-- held by me or hereafter acquired, to my beloved wife, Elfrieda Bartenbach,
<br />for the period of her natural life, charged, however, with the payment to my said children, Helen
<br />Connell, George W.Bartenbach and Henrietta Bartenbach, of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars each monthly=;,
<br />such monthly payments to commence thirty days after my death.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and
<br />personal and whether now held by me or hereafter acquired upon the termination of the life estate
<br />of my said wife Elfrieda Bartenbach, to my said children, Helen Connell, George W.Bartenbach and
<br />Henrietta Bartenbach, share and share alike.
<br />EIGHTH.
<br />I nominate and
<br />appoint my
<br />said wife, Elfrieda
<br />Bartenbach, and my
<br />said son, George W.Bartenbach, as
<br />executrix and
<br />executor of
<br />this will, granting
<br />unto said executor
<br />and executrix, and the survivor
<br />of them, full
<br />power and authority
<br />to sell and
<br />convey real estate
<br />without license or authority from

<br />that purpose
